Tribute in Light

We headed to Liberty State Park on September 11th to see the Tribute in Light memorial. This is the last year of funding for the lights (each beam contains 44 searchlights). I hope and imagine funding will continue as it really is a beautiful tribute. This year people could sign one of the lights which will be used in the construction of the actual 9/11 memorial. Chris took these photos using a slow shutter release so the streaks of light you see in the wide shot is an airplane flying by.
