A Yearly Tradition

Every year on December 20th, Sue Ellen and I take a photo together. Actually, I try to get a photo with Sue Ellen, and she struggles to get away. December 20th is SE's birthday, and each year I indicate with my fingers how old she is--a task which gets more difficult with each year, and each pound. Leila took this photo and it's typical of how SE behaves when you pick her up. She's the complete opposite of Apu, but I've grown to love her as much. Well, almost.
